Halloumi Large

Halloumi is a semi-hard, unripened cheese traditionally made from a mixture of goats' and sheep's milk. We use cow’s milk from the Grenkow farm and we are very happy with the results. The texture of halloumi is described as squeaky. It has a high melting point and so can easily be fried or grilled, a property that makes it a popular meat substitute.

Contains 42% moisture and 29% fat.

Ingredients: Pasteurized Milk, Salt, Calcium  Chloride, Microbial Enzyme and Bacterial Culture.

Weight range is 300-350 gr
