Goat Feta 200 gr

What is harder than our soft feta, softer than our firm feta and tangier than both of them? Goat and Cow Feta of course! Joseph worked with Creekside Dairy from Gardenton, Manitoba to develop a supply of goat milk. He then blended cow and goat milk to get just the tanginess we were looking for.

Contains 55% moisture and 22% fat.

Ingredients: Pasteurized Milk, Milk Ingredients, Microbial Enzyme, Calcium Chloride and Bacterial Culture. Brine: Water, Salt, Lactic Acid and Natamycin.
